ProPlates are the perfect way to enlarge your router's base. Each one of these 8-1/4 x 11-3/4 x 3/8 plates is machined on CNC mills for optimal accuracy. All of them include instructions and a drilling template (should drilling be required). The pre-drilled models all include mounting hardware for easy use. Choose from three materials and numerous bit-hole patterns to get exactly what you need!AluminumAll three aluminum models are hard coat anodized for extreme wear resistance and include two router bit reduction rings, a starting pin, an anti-vibration shim, router mounting hardware and instructions. Available undrilled or pre-drilled for either Group 1 or Group 2 routers (see More Info for Group lists). All three models feature 2, 2.6, and 3.6 bit holes. PhenolicPhenolic ProPlates are a sensible choice for most applications. They are tough, resistant to sag and economical. Available blank, undrilled with 2 or 3.6 bit holes, or pre-drilled for either Group 1 or Group 2 routers with your choice of either 2 or 3.6 bit holes.Acrylic The acrylic plate is designed for use with a Porter-Cable style guide bushing (PCGB), making it perfect for use with dovetail jigs, as well as for enlarging your router’s sub-base. The transparent plate is ideal for freehand work. It is pre-drilled to fit Group 1 routers.
